It is our aim as a congregation to join in God’s mission of transforming the world – it is what disciples of Jesus Christ are called to do! We hope that we can be a blessing to our immediate neighbors in Aragon, to the region in Northwest Georgia, and to the whole world with our service and outreach in the name of Jesus Christ. Here are some of the projects we are currently involved in:
Aragon Community Food Pantry:
Hosted every Monday from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, the Food Pantry offers grocery staples to anyone in need. Donations of food and funds are always needed and we welcome not only your gifts but your time.
United Methodist Women:
The purpose of the United Methodist Women is to join together for fellowship and learning and to support mission ministries in our local community and worldwide. The Aragon UMC United Methodist Women gather on the second Tuesday of each month at various locations. You are invited to join us!
