Aragon United Methodist Church is a loving community of disciples looking to follow Jesus Christ in Aragon, GA. Founded in 1901, Aragon UMC has witnessed to the love of God in Jesus for generations, and hopes you will join us as we look forward to what God has in store for us next. You are invited and welcome to be a part of our our community of faith! Join us for worship on Sundays at 9:00 am (a super-casual, contemporary service with acoustic music and an informal style) and 11:00 am (a more traditional service, but with casual attire and a youthful energy). Multiple options for spiritual formation classes for all ages are offered at 10:00 am each Sunday and on Wednesday evenings.
Why the “go” in our name? Well, we believe that Christians aren’t called to stand still! We experience love and mercy and forgiveness from God through Jesus Christ, and we are sent out to share that love with everyone we meet. After his resurrection, Jesus tells his disciples to “Go!” And that’s what we are trying to do.
